For that the seller is in no way responsible. However: 1) The board was put, without any form of wrapping such as even the most simple plastic bag, let alone ESD bag, directly between two pieces of Styrofoam as can be seen on the enclosed picture. Talk ESD risks, talk mess. 2) Thermistor NTC1 had broken off corner. This could NOT have happened due to packaging. Don't forget to buy some thermal grease / paste. NOTE: on of the heatsinks had a slight bend from shipping, but it wasn't too hard to get straighten it out.
