It was missing screws, full of dust, CMOS battery was flat and the SSD started throwing SMART errors within a month. Whilst they gave me an initial partial refund to replace the battery myself, they were difficult to communicate with, dragged their feet responding to the SSD errors and told me they couldn't refund the cost of me replacing the drive.
