FedEx bunged up the shipping, but finally got it here. The packaging was a bit of overkill. It was literally packed in 5 layers. The outer was cardboard formed around it and taped together with about 20 layers of packing tape, then there were 4 layers of pices of cardbourd fitted around with about 4 layers of bubble wrap on each layer and each layer of bubble wrap mummied in 2 to 3 layers of packing tape.
