It was scratched and had dirt on it on every sides. It’s so gross I didn’t even want to touch it upon opening. When I filed a return claim, they repeatedly tried to convince a partial refund (50% first, then 70%) saying business is hard. For a full refund, they tell me to ship it to an address in China, asks for my PayPal account and shipping fee and they’ll send postage $ “in timely manner”.
