When I contacted the seller, a person who called himself Raul replied that he was unable fix the problem due to some technicality with EBay and asked could I please order another box of pop tarts (the one he did not send first time around) and promised he would give me a refund on the second order. Well, as you can guess he won’t refund the second order either. The seller used multiple accounts to purchase the same item then submitted a claim stating they didn't receive the item when we showed proof of the package with the item and USPS confirmed the packaged contained the weight of the 2 Pop Tarts. This account is going around to different sellers doing the same thing and leaving negative feedbacks until they give them a free refund or free item on top/ Do not fall for their threats! They have been reported to Ebay.

When the package arrived it had a note mentioning one of the lot I bought was damaged and unshippable and asked me to message them via EBay. Quickly fixed the issue to my satisfaction with a partial refund. Good customer service seems to be harder to find these days so would be more than happy to buy from this seller again on the future.
