Quickly fixed the issue to my satisfaction with a partial refund. Good customer service seems to be harder to find these days so would be more than happy to buy from this seller again on the future. Contacted seller and they informed me to make a complaint with USPS instead of making it right themselves. I paid $14 plus shipping for a bag of chips that cost $8 and they can't replace them? I already tossed the bag and they said they wanted it back. Would not purchase from them again. I live in Hawaii so we don't get the special flavors over here that they have in the mainland. The other bag, same box, was undamaged.
