I found their customer Service to be above and beyond what might be expected. The keyboard arrived quickly and was very well packaged, to avoid damage. Their after sale customer service was wonderful. When I asked them questions about the keyboard they were responsive, thoughtful, and considerate helping to resolve any issues I had. I would purchase from this company again without hesitation.

Not a dealbreaker or worth returning, but the stated item condition should not have been "new," and the price should have been lower for non-new condition.
