It has a minor scruff on the outside but the case covers it, no big deal. The phone was a fantastic price for being last year's model. It works perfectly, the battery is great, the phone runs perfectly and charges fine as well. I needed a phone in a hurry because my old one stopped working and this was the best deal and great quality. I am so happy with this purchase and am so grateful!

The phone arrived as described but did have a problem. I got in touch with the seller and they provided shipping for me to return the phone and promptly sent a replacement. There was great communication and customer service throughout the process. I will confidently buy from them again.
