No one in Michigan would respond to our messages. Not only did they respond, they were willing to over-night the board and Mom's furnace is up and running. They went out of their way to fedex the item over-night, and it was well packaged. So very grateful!!! The repairman wanted $2400 to fix it-my son could do the work, but we couldn't locate the part locally. It was the exact circuit board I needed and in perfect shape. Once installed the ac/heat pump started up normally, went through all of its communication and diagnostic tests. Unfortunately there were other problems with my system unrelated to the circuit board. I would highly recommend this seller and I would use it again myself.
