For some strange reason, upon arrival, the envelope flap was open and had inadvertently not been sealed before mailing. However, the patch had not fallen out and all's well that ends well. I would purchase from this eBay seller again.

It was mailed timely and when I contacted the seller regarding the delay they were responsive. I received the item and it was in perfect condition. Would definitely purchase from this seller again.
