After I brought this issue up to the seller, the shop not only shipped me a perfectly fitted new print and frame but also another complimentary print with a fitted frame. Throughout the process, the response time was not never over a hour. Extremely impressed with how much the seller cares and the 10/10 on the service. Definitely a happy buyer and it looks great.
