    Excellent quality pruners at a great price. Manufacturer sells these for double the price. Very fast shipping. A++ seller! FULL TRANSPARENCY: I purchased an identical pair and there was a manucturer's defect causing them not to lock. See pics. I first contacted the manufacturer since they claim to warranty their products from manufacturing defects, but they never returned my call. Seller contacted them as well and had the same experience. I was able to return those and I ordered another pair.
