When I contacted them they replied quickly and offered to refund me the cost of light. I asked if they could just send the missing light instead and they agreed to do so. Too My surprise and their great Customer Support they sent My complete order, not just the 1 missing light. I would highly reconmend them, great product and GREAT Customer Support.
