I did start to wonder what was going on after 5 days without an update. On day 7 the tracking was provided. It would have been nice to have gotten a message informing me of late shipment. They emailed promptly to ask if I'd prefer a refund or did I want to select another product to add to my order. I opted for the refund which was promptly processed.
