Delayed delivery due to storm Bert, seller generously refunded the postage and when the item was further delayed a further refund as given. Excellent service, very focused on customer satisfaction. However Chris kept in contact the entire time and kept me updated on what Royal Mail were saying to him. I got a full refund and would 100% buy from this supplier again as they were fantastic to deal with even when something went wrong and it was not their fault at all.
