I contacted the seller immediately who has said he will follow this up with Australia Post and a refund will be no problem. Fast and great communication from the seller. I am sorry this happened :( It was a gorgeous tray and I am sad that it arrived broken. 5 STAR seller appreciate your effort. Australia Post needs to do better. Fragile labels on box and all.
