I know there's nothing wrong with my prayer. So, there's got to be some other issue. Because the Alvin and the Chipmunks blurays are the only ones that I'm having problems with. I'm going to leave positive feedback. Because the disc is new.

Packaging was a no-frills envelope, just as they describe on their store page. However, the disc was damaged and skipped/froze but they were quick to refund me. They are a very honest seller! Would definitely buy from them again. They also had good communication when I contacted them.

A lot of pre-owned discs sellers say the discs are very good or like new when they aren't even close. This was not the case here - all were as described or better ("very good" looked "like new"). They were well packaged and promptly shipped, arriving quicker than the eBay estimate. I've set as a favored seller and will do business again!!!!
