Initial response attempted to discredit me as a buyer with ‘only 10 purchases thru eBay’ and that I was a ‘new buyer’. This is not buyer’s remorse, it’s simply a bad purchase given it is not as described and I paid for sterling. 2nd issue is the shipping cost. small light weight package was (11.95). It is not unreasonable to negotiate pricing for item or shipping. She did not see the clear photo with the size of the item, and then complained that they weren't "the right size" -- CLEARLY BUYER'S REMORSE. AVOID HER is my strong recommendation. She is either too novice or a scam artist, I still have not received the product back even though she has a refund.
