They were paid instantly for the sale. I get nothing in return from seller. Wrong item and zero reply. I saw one of their feedbacks as the same thing was done to them and EBAY had to make it right! He said, keep the pot and i'll refund money,, after 9 days no refund, ebay had to step in and get my money back, Wouldnt answer any of my e mails, CHILDISH, WONT buy again,Single Serve Coffee Maker Brewer 2 In One Dual K Cup Capsule & Ground (#204837329657)

I went on eBay to look for a maker that was a decent price and this one had a special feature for the cleaning operation.. I sent a message to this vendor saying whatever he could do to get the coffee pot to us sooner. I said I would pay extra and he said he would put it in the mail the very next day and we got it today.! so I give this guy five stars and tell him thank you
