I made an accepted offer, trusting the seller to package the fragile glass ornaments properly. However, the ornament I wanted arrived in pieces, and despite an attempt to reach out to the seller, I haven't heard back. The ornaments should have been wrapped individually before shipping, as they could be damaged in transit. Communication and packaging have been poor.
