Seller was good about offering a refund on that but because of inability to use all four prints as planned, I returned all. There was some kind of snafu, I believe, on the technical side of the computerized return as all four were returned together as received using only one of four labels and the return did not register in the system. I do not know what the problem was. The seller never responded to messages and I was patient not wanting to hurt him. everything else except this snafu was good. I will never combine shipments on a return again with separate labels, even though the seller knew and agreed to it. I WAS surprised at the lack of communication but perhaps there was a technical or other problem.
