They sent me an 8lb FedEx box full of various opened bags of Ram Mounts accessories. I immediately called them about the mistake. They knew right away I was telling the truth based on the listed FedEx box dimensions and weight. I received a refund, but GPS City proceeded to block me from purchasing from them again like I'm the one who did something wrong. I would expect a higher level of professionalism when they dropped the ball on a $2,600 order.
