There was a shipment issue with my purchase and Joe was on top of it immediately, and corrected the issue with ease. The quality of service is top tier here. The condition of the item was perfectly described. The value is in their service and attention to customers. Everything was packaged well, and care was provided, and you can tell they take pride in their job. I couldn't find a bad thing said about the seller. Fast shipping and the rims that were ordered were in literal mint condition in a properly padded box. I would rather do business with this seller then go to a local wheel shop or stealership which will damage and ding stuff up by just looking at your vehicle. Highly recommend ordering from Joes Wheels Illiopolis, IL, hes a rare sight to see.
