Before doing the next test I would charge the laser again and again until the charge light would go out within 15-20 seconds

I just wanted what I ordered, he told me returning the laser was to much trouble, and advised I would pay for shipping to return to US warehouse for refund, then he would pay me back for shipping. fed up, i asked for a new diode, at least, he asked for proof,already gave pictures. im done
