    I am incredibly disappointed with this transaction. I purchased an item on 11/24/24, after receiving an offer, and the delivery was promised between 11/29 & 12/5/24. Today is 12/5/24, and I have received no tracking info or updates regarding the shipment. I have contacted the seller three times, but there has been no response.     The description stated new. The tractor itself is a little beat up and one wheel came off. There were two cardboard pieces in the box but not enough to hold anything. A little better effort coulda been taken with some paper or bubble wrap. One corner of the box was smashed some from being shipped in a big envelope. It’s just going on the shelf for display and the price was good so I’ll deal with it. I’d really like to rate this neutral but don’t want to deal with it honestly.
