Any orders before that will be dispatched same day. After dispatching it is out of my hands and its up to the carrier in which case sometimes there are delays. Please next time read carefully on sellers dispatch time and also its always estimated. Thank you

Unfortunately, after 3 attempts, no reply so requested a return. Did eventually get a reply, they were not happy, they claim they hadn't seen the messages.
