    Earrings are beautiful! Communication with the seller was top notch. They were quick to respond and answered all my questions promptly. The shipping experience was horrible though but it was no fault of the seller. Sometimes things happen that we can’t control. All in all I will definitely do business with them again.

    Beautiful ring for a great value that unfortunately never arrived ( FedEx lost package on the way to the EBay hub to authenticate, according to seller) . I made this discovery after 20 days of waiting with no tracking status updates. Seller responded to my inquiry, which, while the lost ring was unfortunate, I greatly appreciated their help. eBay issued a full refund, so that proved eBay really does back their certified guarantee on items! Thank you eBay!
