Before shipping, you assured me that they were genuine. However, the pictures I've attached clearly contradict that. I could have saved both time and money by purchasing elsewhere, but I chose to trust you. The photo you sent is simply a person standing in a pair of shoes not proof of anything. Perhaps if you were to send photos of both size tags from the inside of the shoe showing them to be different. I allow free returns for nearly any reason so long as the shoes are like new as the were sent to you. It is also best to communicate with a seller if you have an issue prior to leaving feedback. Will you be sending the shoes back unworn?

Although I had already made the purchase, he graciously offered to cancel it if I would not be happy with the item. Some (many?) sellers might have been unwilling to accommodate my request to cancel it, since it was described correctly in the listing. I'm very grateful for the outcome.
