    I DID contact seller. This pkg was never delivered - shipment tracking was mixed up with another pkg also shipped by this seller, which WAS received. The tracking number on the small rec'd box is the one shown for the large pkg NOT rec'd. The pkg rec'd was sent "not tracked", which must be what happened to the larger (2 33 oz btls of shampoo) not rec'd. seller wrote 8/28 he was sending replacement merch 9/30,but no notice nor replacement pkg rec'd. I'm out $66. and seller is not responding.

    The shampoo and conditioner came yesterday and it didn’t take long from order time to receiving it. The packaging was great and very professional. The condition of the package was excellent! This product works great for my hair and every time I find one that does, they quit selling. So I am happy to have these large sizes at such a great value.

    Item arrived as described. Safety seal was intact. I hadn’t been able to find this conditioner anywhere so I was so happy to find it here and with a reasonable price to boot. No issues with the seller whatsoever. Very pleased!
