It only had one small scuff on the body. I have used it twice since receiving it a couple of days ago. It worked as expected and was provided with a 2-year, third party warranty. Well worth the price and much less expensive than a new one. I'm happy with the purchase.

It was OEM Milwaukee refurbished and looks and feels brand new (although the grip is a little sticky). Overall I can't distinguish it between a new one, it performs quite well and was clearly refurbished properly. Overall I am quite pleased with the purchase and would readily do business with this vendor again (I am a repeat customer as I purchased another tool a little over a year ago from them and was equally impressed).

The blade does not come, although new it does. They remove it. They do not list the blade in the description of items included, which is fair. However, it contradicts the statement "all items and accessories like new item", because milwaukee includes a blade. Confusing, but still a good value. Item works well, shipping was quick. Official refurb dealer and good reputation.
