When my order still hadn't arrived six days after placing it, on the 3rd of April I raised an "item not received" request. Opening an item not received case the day after the estimated delivery date is not the way to go. Normal protocol is to firstly approach the seller who will in turn inform you of exactly what I have already written. Unfortunately, delays lie within the postal system, not with hard working sellers such as myself who post out immediately five times daily.

The card is beautifully made, excellent value and was well packaged keeping it in good condition and appearance while saving it from from being bent in the post. The Seller was very good at sending me the correct card. I am very pleased with the card, the condition and appearance is lovely. Great value . a very good quality card.
