This appeared to be on purpose so I reached out to eBay, then my credit card company as I didn't trust the seller. In emails from eBay, it was clear what I ordered, but as the product was being shipped they changed the order to 11 Speed Centaur shifters, but still didn't send what they changed it to.

The seller contacted me reference the delay and offered a 10% refund. I declined the refund as the delay was not the fault of the seller. I have purchased from the seller in the past, and items are always shipped fast, packed well, and as described. The item arrived a few days later.
