The buyer has chosen to complain about what is effectively 1970's interior design & outside of my control.What they failed to say was that they received a lovely handmade item that was dispatched quickly, was extremely well packed & delivered within the indicated timescales.Surely we should all be supporting local small businesses because without them we will be left with poor quality imports!?!

The fabric lampshade looks just like the photograph, fantastic . It was packaged extremely well, in a very strong box , cushioned by paper packaging. I contacted the seller to request that the lightshade inner be brushed gold. The seller replied immediately and made my lamp to my wishes. I'm thrilled it looks good in our newly decorated bedroom.
