Contacted seller, who was very apologetic and next day I recieved the correct item. With return label and packaging to return original item. Great service and issue resolved immediately. Item great condition and price. I would use this seller again.

Unfortunately, I'm new to gaming consoles and misunderstood the limitations of what this item can do regarding child supervised accounts. Communication with seller was excellent and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase from them again (when I know what I'm looking for next time!)
