I was fine with this type of shipping, but I don’t recall the description stated the shoes would be box-less. As far as the shoes, they looked just like the photos and I’m happy about the price I paid. Our servers route through San Jose so that is where it shipped to. This seller went above and beyond to message me as soon as it was returned. It was refunded immediately and I repurchased it from my home and got it shipped to my correct address. The customer service I received was amazing.
