Especially the second time I bought it, the product arrived damaged, so I sent an email, and without any verification, they trusted me and quickly sent a replacement. I later returned the non-functioning one. I am so grateful and want to let all my customers know that A-Z Appliance Parts is a trustworthy supplyer.

I originally gambled and purchased a transformer at what seemed like an amazing price, as the price was very low and included shipping. Poorly taped box arrived empty and was compromised. Seller provided a more expensive transformer at the price of the original. Communication was excellent.
