Not only was it packaged extremely well, the seller used enough bubble wrap to make sure nothing would happen to it and once I finally got it opened, the black and decker vaccum looked brand new and also the seller included the owner's manual. I could not be any happier with my purchase. I would definitely buy from this seller again. You should look at the items he has for sale and buy from him. Great transaction. Thank you
