I ordered size 9 as that is what shoe size I wear. But now taking into consideration the weight of the shoe (rubber sole) and the fact that the leather will stretch, I realize a smaller size is what I need. I am surprised to see that the sole is molded rubber, there is no braided rope as a traditional espidrille. It is molded rubber. The leather upper is beautiful leather as I expected.
