He looked into the missing package and when it failed to arrive he quickly refunded my money. Later it arrived, repackaged by the p.o. with their info attached. Unfortunately the line cord had been lost from the package. I couldn't find another online so could not test it. Seller told me to keep it so I disposed of it. I am sorry this happened but am completely satisfied with the service by this seller.

I contacted the seller who was very apologetic and without hesitation sent me another identical knife this time via FED X and it arrived this morning. Beautiful knife new in box condition. It even included the original box and related paperwork. This seller turned a very negative online experience into a great one. I would not hesitate to buy from them again.
