Pros: comfortable to use - had a bit of irritation at the back of the neck when first using as was pressing too hard, but otherwise fine; good battery life; collects all the trimmings, much cleaner than wet shaving. Cons: the pop out edge trimmer is awkwardly positioned and not enormously effective, but is okay. Had some weird running issues where it was detecting a jam even with a spotlessly clean hopper, resolved by rinsing under hot water.

It came boxed and even had the original sticker on the watch face, so I’m presuming it was open-box and not used, despite the fact that it said it was used. It was also sent very quickly - arrived literally the morning after it was sent (24 hour tracked post).

Item was as described when it finally arrived so all good in the end despite slow dispatch. Item itself is excellent, very portable, included cable is a bit tiny/stingy but it does come with a USB-C to A adapter which is cool.
