My crystal's arrived securely wrapped in bubble wrap and they look beautiful and each unique. Unfortunately I banged my two together and chipped them both cuz they are very fragile...but that's my fault. I didn't know they were that delicate. They arrived quick and fast, and the tracking was excellent. I just wish I hadn't damaged them. 5 Stars all around !

Seller told me to cancel return request and they would issue refund. That's 100% a scam, removing your buyer protection and your only way of guaranteeing your refund. Seller's return address is a Mormon church in Tucson with a fake name, and the item shipped from California. They blamed the wrong item on someone from their "warehouse". Take it from a small eBay dealer who personally stocks and ships, AVOID.
