When I opened it, I sadly noticed a gouge in the left arm, and the incorrect left hand (not as described). However, when I requested a return (no returns), not only did the seller 1) immediately accept the return, they 2) offered to source the parts and send for free, 3) offered a free store credit as apology, and 4) offered a partial refund if I wanted to keep the item and source a new arm myself.
