I mix it with baking soda in a blender. 10 parts soda to 1 part acid. When dissolved in water the acid is neutralized to a sodium salt. Take 1 tsp of the mix dissolved in water per day on an empty stomach. The sodium salt is very bioactive. The extra baking soda is also healthy. So far so good. I guess time will tell. This is not advice, it's just what I like.

I asked the seller for a refund and they asked if I would wait until April 7th. I agreed. Finally arrived on April 7th. This was one of several orders from different sellers that had extensive delays! May have to stop ordering and go to brick and mortar stores [Walmart] if this continues.
