Due to bad packing, one of the transformer’s mounting tabs penetrated the exterior of the box and was badly bent over. I contacted seller and told him problem was due to his packing. He never acknowledged this even though I sent pictures. He did offer me a refund, but I needed it for an amp I had. I offered to straighten out the tab but he said that if it broke off, it was MY problem.
