Worse, every single leaf on the outside of the plant was either black and bruised, or snapped in half. After removing all of the damaged leaves, the plant is now half the size.

When my plants arrived damaged from the cold, they shipped me new ones immediately, no questions or hassel at all. So genuinely generous and willing to bend over backwards to make me happy. Even switched a plant at the last minute when I changed my mind about which one I wanted. I am so grateful! Highly, highly recommend! You wont be disappointed! The plant soon began to deteriorate ;((.. It probably froze on the way because it is sensitive to cold. I wrote to the seller and sent a photo. He immediately replied that he was sending a new plant and packed it in a special protective foil. I am waiting and hoping that it will arrive healthy And I highly recommend this seller!
