But item was exactly as described and expected, so compact it hides discreetly in the vehicle, great instructions on how to set it up on the correct UK waveband. Fast delivery and a very efficient service only let down by the courier, which they can't control, apart from changing companies. The courier will make me think twice before using them again.

Had to re-solder the connector back on and re glue the telescopic part back onto it's threaded connector before I could use it. The thing literally fell apart in my hands. Ebay seller/shop absolutely fine, Moonraker SPX100 antenna, absolutely not.

I contacted the seller asking for a refund and to see if it has arrived back with the seller. I got no response at all. I sent a second email that was ignored and I didn't receive any refund. Not to be trusted, avoid like the plague.
