But Iron pony Direct went above and beyond to make it right! I received the wrong item. It has been miss labeled. I contacted them about it and they immediately sent out the correct item. When it arrived the box had damage and a few parts had fallen out. I co tacted them again. And they sent out a compleatly new hardware set. In case I was missing other parts. That I had not noticed. They were 3 hours from me and I drove over to do the exchange. They were out of stock so they upgraded to the current model at the same price. 100% taking care of the customer.
