The seller was kind enough to ship the tumbler in secure packaging. The item came as described with no dents or scratches on it. I was contacted by the seller due to the incorrect ounce cup. I ordered the 30 oz cup but was sent the 40 oz by mistake. I was told that I could send it back for the correct size and the seller would send the return label to me or keep it. I chose to keep it, it’s worth the value.
