Contents were 100% as advertised. I purchased these as the Koito headlights are still Made in Japan and are of exceptional quality. If you've gone down the 7" H4 E-code headlamp rabbit-hole, you'll find that the Hellas are no longer made in Germany, the Cibie's are no longer made, period, and these Koitos are your best bet. Also quite affordable. I used the included relay harness as well. You won't regret it.

So it arrived and I had to request a refund/return, the seller has been OUTSTANDING to say the least, they’re shipping me a return label to return at no charge to me. I wish all customer service departments were like this seller!!!

The seller had in description to contact them with the car’s VIN to be sure of proper fit on vehicle and seller responded very quickly and told me that even though it said it would not fit, this was in fact the one that I needed, and sent me screen shots as proof. Very knowledgeable and well worth the price. I would absolutely recommend this seller!
