    I bought multiple items, and the shipping came up as much more than the company advertised. I contacted them, and they told me they would immediately refund me the overcharge once I made the purchase. And that's exactly what happened. My beads arrived relatively quickly from overseas. They are all beautiful with consistent and accurate sizing. Can't wait to buy more!

    The vendor had to refund me because Evri/Hermes claimed to have attempted delivery three times. In reality, they flatly refuse to deliver at all and would not have tried even once. By the time I realised that Orange (international carrier distributor) had chosen Evri/Hermes, it was too late and the item went back to China. The vendor was exemplary at communication and refunding. Sadly they are powerless with Orange. I felt so sorry as I would have loved these beads.
